Mountain conditions require a complete project team
Sites around Lake Geneva, the Ticino lakes and Alpine resorts may combine steep terrain with snow, freeze-thaw cycles and restricted seasonal access. The route, structures and stations need to be developed from reliable local survey and environmental information.
F. Labbé can examine a Swiss project when the scope, local advisers and delivery conditions are clear. Applicable Swiss requirements and authorisations must be confirmed by the competent local parties.
Plan transport, installation and future support
Long-distance delivery changes the project sequence. Lifting resources, temporary storage, site access and the division between F. Labbé and local contractors should be fixed before fabrication.
Maintenance access and responsibilities must also be practical after handover. A prestigious location is not enough: the installation needs a credible operational organisation for its full life.
