Information, purposes and legal grounds
The contact form collects the project type and location, its stage of development, the journey and intended use, and your contact details. F. Labbé processes this information, together with messages, plans or photographs sent later, to understand and answer the enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a pre-contractual or contractual relationship. Processing relies on steps requested before entering a contract and F. Labbé’s legitimate interest in managing and securing professional enquiries.
When online sending is enabled, Resend acts as a technical processor to transmit the enquiry to authorised F. Labbé recipients. The form also contains an invisible field that helps protect it from automated submissions. No feasibility decision or estimate is produced automatically.
Technical providers may process connection data strictly required to secure and operate the site or diagnose an error. Funiculaire.com does not ask for sensitive information. Send only material useful to the first review.
Recipients and retention
Project information is available to authorised F. Labbé personnel and, where necessary, providers acting under its responsibility for hosting, maintenance or enquiry review. It is not sold.
Contact details, plans and photographs are retained for as long as required to assess and follow the request, followed by any period necessary for legal or contractual obligations and defence of the company’s rights. Technical logs follow the infrastructure providers’ retention rules and are limited to security and operation.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to certain processing and exercise portability where available. Contact the contact page and state the subject of your request. Where there is reasonable doubt about identity, evidence limited to what is necessary may be requested. You may also complain to the French CNIL.
Hosting and transfers
The site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers may process technical data from countries outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in their applicable terms and policies. Pages that embed YouTube may exchange data with Google when the player is loaded or used.
Videos and external services
Video pages use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com player. Loading or using the player may still exchange data with YouTube. External links are governed by the third party’s own policies.
Cookies and analytics
No audience measurement, advertising or retargeting tool is intentionally integrated in this version. The infrastructure may use strictly technical identifiers for security and operation. If a non-essential tool is added, this policy and any necessary consent mechanism will be updated before activation.
