Inclined lift installed on a Mediterranean hillside
Projects / photographs and films

See installations in their setting and in motion.

Public projects, private properties, fabrication details and original films: this selection documents what can be shown without inventing technical characteristics or exposing a confidential location.

A complete view

Understand an installation beyond a beautiful image.

A photograph places the cabin in the landscape. A detail reveals how the route, station and building meet. A film then shows movement and the true scale of the journey. These three perspectives help homeowners, architects and public clients understand the work more clearly.

Public site / Contes

Connect the valley and village with two inclined lifts.

A public route integrated into a pronounced hillside

Context
A village built on steep relief, with several circulation levels to connect.
Documentation
Two public inclined lifts presented in the F. Labbé video archive.
What to observe
The stations, route across the slope, relationship with the existing village and public use.

The films showing the inauguration of the Contes installation and the inclined lifts in motion reveal the route at full scale.

Private property / Mediterranean hillside

Create a restrained connection between several levels of a property.

Design the route as part of the architecture

On a hillside villa, the installation sits between stone walls, planting, terraces and existing approaches. The cabin and stations remain visible from the living areas, so their location, proportions and finishes form part of the architecture.

Available images show the relationship between the route, cabin and garden. Dimensions, performance and the owner’s identity are not published when they are undocumented or confidential. The page for private homeowners and hillside properties explains the project approach.

Look more closely

Cabin, station, route and fabrication.

A project is more than a wide view. Details show how the installation meets the terrain, building and outdoor circulation.

Installations in motion

Projects filmed by F. Labbé.

Movement provides another reading of the project: route length, relationship between stations, presence of the cabin in the landscape and use of the site. Each film has its own page so search engines can understand and index it correctly.
